London Short Term Lets: Short Term Apartments
We offer two main types of short term accommodation throughout Central
and Greater London: Serviced Apartments and Short Term Apartments.
Short Stay Vacation Apartments (Central London only)
Short stay apartments are generally privately owned apartments. These apartments are available to for a minimum of one month unless stated otherwise.
- There is no VAT charge and all utilities are included except telephone.
- In order to process a Tenancy in a short stay apartment we will need to obtain references on the proposed Tenant and if references are acceptable we will need to draw up a Tenancy Agreement for which there is a charge of £80.
- A Deposit is required which is held against damages and dilapidations, this is equal to one month's rental.
- The only additional charges will be for the inventory check out and end of tenancy clean.
- Short stay apartments represent very good value for money for clients with extended stays.
- The initial monies which includes the rent in advance, the deposit, Tenancy Agreement fee, inventory check out fee and end of tenancy clean must be cleared funds prior to the release of keys.

London Short Term Apartments: Cost Effective
Booking a serviced apartment will save you a considerable amount of money, particularly if there are two or more occupiers. Serviced apartments are charged per apartment not per person.
London Short Term Rental: Home-from-Home
By having your own apartment you have a greater flexibility. It can be used as a place to work, a place to entertain friends and colleagues or simply a place to go at the end of a busy day at the office.
London Short Term Lets: Facilities
The facilities vary from building to building but the majority have their own fully equipped kitchen and bath or shower room. All apartments are supplied with fresh linen and towels.
London Short Term Rentals: Inclusive Rent
All utilities are generally included in the rental quoted. Telephone calls are charged as used. Each serviced apartment will have at least a once weekly maid service (often 5 days). VAT is chargeable on all serviced apartments unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged at 17.5% for the first 28 days(4 weeks) and reduces to 3.5% thereafter.
